AI Is Everywhere. Adoption Is Not.

AI is everywhere right now. The conversation is loud, the investment is real, and the visibility is undeniable. But inside organizations, behavior has barely moved. That gap is the part leaders are underestimating. Gallup’s data shows adoption is concentrated among the same small group of people, mostly leaders, while nearly half of workers never use AI at all. When the people setting strategy live in a different reality than the people doing the work, transformation stalls.

In this week’s edition of This Week in Culture, I break down why so many AI efforts fail to scale, and why the issue is not fear, tools, or communication. It is clarity and accountability. When AI is treated as a side initiative owned by a role, people observe it instead of practicing it. When it becomes part of how work actually gets done, beliefs start to shift, and results follow.

If you are wondering why AI momentum feels real but outcomes still disappoint, this one is for you.

Read this week’s This Week in Culture and let me know what this looks like inside your organization.
