by | Oct 28, 2025

In this conversation, Stacy reflects on her career journey from journalism to marketing leadership at some of the world’s most influential companies. She shares how her early newsroom experiences shaped her communication style and why trust, transparency, and empathy are essential for modern leaders.

Stacy also unpacks how Adobe has maintained brand relevance through constant reinvention, the evolving role of marketers in building community, and what it means to lead through uncertainty—from global crises to organizational change.
