The Conversations Leaders Are Ready to Have Six days. That is how far we are from the Surrender to Lead Summit, and I keep coming back to where this all began. A few years ago, Joe Terry and I came up with the idea to write Surrender to Lead because we kept seeing the same moment play out inside organizations.
