I want you to experiment with new communication mediums at work today.

What does that mean? If you’re typically a Slack person, try email.

If you’re typically an email person, try a text.

If you’re typically a text person, try a phone call.

Switch it up and see what happens when you explore other communication methods that are outside your comfort zone and see how people respond.

And if you feel a little bit more comfortable at the end of the week with that medium, let me know how it goes.
