Have a no -interruption day, but don’t just have the day. Have the day and then debrief on that day. So schedule it with your team a day where no one is allowed to interrupt anyone else. And then afterwards, have a conversation with everyone that participated about what it was like.
How did you benefit? What did you work on? What didn’t you work on? Or what challenges did you experience? And then see if that’s something that you want to implement as a team in an ongoing manner. Good luck.
