Think about someone who needs a word of encouragement in your organization, not someone who reports into you, but someone outside of your team that you can reach out to and offer encouragement. Sometimes all we need to do is give a little energy in order to receive a little energy. And it could be that someone that you’re giving your energy to today really needs it. So think of someone, reach out to them, give them a couple words of encouragement and let me know how it goes.
