Hello, culture leaders. This is your weekly culture challenge for this week.

I want you to think about someone that you work with that you have some unspoken words to share with, someone that you perhaps have conflict with or that you’re uncomfortable around because of a past experience or just a feeling. And I want you to go to that person and I want you to ask them for feedback. Don’t give them feedback. Don’t bring up whatever it is that you’re feeling uncomfortable with, but just ask them what feedback they have for you.

Open the door to a conversation and show a willingness to listen and see what happens to the relationship. Let me know how it goes.
